[BR][FEATURE_REQUEST][DMT][DB]- LIVE_CONNECTION support to extract from SYBASE 16 or higher version

Hi,

Currently CAST tool is supporting sybase  versions till 15.7, whereas we have application teams using sybase versions  16 and higher. 

We have 10+ applications with live connections, so the application teams are not supportive to provide the DDL scripts when we have access to database.

Also, it includes much manual effort to update DMT and do customizations(adding SQL AU and creating dependencies) in CMS for all the applications.
