[BR][FEATURE_REQUEST][DMT][DB]- LIVE_CONNECTION support to extract from MSSQLServer 2016 or higher version

Hi,

Currently CAST tool is supporting MSSQLServer  versions till 2014, whereas we have many application teams using SQLServer versions  2016 and higher. 

We have almost 150+ applications with live connections, so the application teams are not supportive to provide the DDL scripts when we have access to database.

Also, its a huge manual effort to update DMT and do customizations(adding SQL AU and creating dependencies) in CMS for 150+ applications.
