Parsing of Java file messages not seen in JEE analysis log

There are some scenarios when Parsing of Java files are not seen on the Java analysis log file and occurs on all JEE analyzer versions.

To overcome the above case you need to clean/delete the LISA folder and run the analysis again.

Doing above you would be able to see parsing of Java files in the analysis log.
