CAST HIGHLIGHT - User Administration - Unable to Invite a User

When the Portfolio Manager tried to enable access for a user by clicking on Invite Users button it's not proceeding further. The  Invite couldn't be send .

Details

  1. Check whether the user was previously detached from the portfolio.
  2. Check whether the user's previous role  has any link to an application  in the portfolio.
  3. If there is an application contribution link  it should be removed first.
  4. Then re-invite the user once again
